How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is $5 for anywhere in the United States. Free shipping on orders $75+

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, I do not ship internationally at the moment.

Wrong shipping address. Can this be fixed?

Yes! Please email me immediately after placing your order by replying to your order confirmation or by emailing me at coolprettyrere@gmail.com (with URGENT in the subject line) located in the contact link in the Quick Links.

I need details on shipping and pick-up. Where can I find these?

These details can be found in the "Return/Exchange Policy" section at the bottom of the page and the "Shipping & Returns" tab on each product.

  • Flat rate $5 shipping to anywhere in the United States
  • Please allow 5-7 business days to process orders - this does not include shipping time
  • A tracking number will be provided for all packages being shipped. 
  • Please understand that shipping delays may occur after your order is sent out. This is out of the seller's control. If any problems occur, please contact USPS directly. 
  • Pick-up orders: you will receive an email when your item is ready to be picked up. Pick up can be made at any time from the basket outside my door. Please only pick up the package with your name on it.
  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to health and safety concerns. All sales are final.

Returns/Exchanges

Due to health and safety concerns returns and exchanges are not accepted. All sales are final. If your package arrives damaged (from transit) or earrings are defective, please contact me at coolprettyrere@gmail.com immediately (within 24 hours) after receiving your package.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.

Do you do custom earrings?

Yes, I do! I do custom earrings that are in line with my brand and if I am unable to provide you with exactly what you are requesting, I will happily recommend another maker who would best suit your request. Prices will vary depending on request.

Can I shop Clay by Queta in store?

No, unfortunately I'm not in store but that is the goal!!!
